I got a little sappy over on Facebook and I wanted to share it with you, too…

6 years ago when I started this little blogcito, I had no idea what it would grow into. I had no idea that it would foster connections around the globe that would grow into real friendships. I was hopeful that my words would encourage others but I wasn’t expecting that your words would bless and uplift and encourage me deeply. Thank you for laughing with me, commiserating  with me, teaching me and for translating my work in languages I can’t read (yet!). Thank you reaching out with prayer requests and questions and soul-stirring stories. I treasure your emails, messages and comments. Thank for inviting a little piece of my heart into your classrooms and for showing up for your “Little Darlings” day in and day out.

I’m so thankful for this little corner of the internet that we’ve built and thank you for being a part of it! And just in case no one has told you this today: I am thankful for you! You matter! You are an excellent teacher and your Little Darlings are lucky to have you!
